BOX SIZE AND INFORMATION

We use a 3/4 Bushel Box, which will include:

  • Between 10-30lbs of fresh-picked veggies, depending on the season & weather
  • A Newsletter with farm life updates, recipes and food saving techniques
  • This is enough food to feed a veggie-loving family of 4 during the week

What to expect during the season

  • SPRING:  Broccoli, Spinach, Lettuce, Radishes, Turnips, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Green Onions, Snap Peas, Herbs & more
  • SUMMER:  Cukes, Summer Squash, Basil, Heirloom & Slicing Tomatoes, Green Beans, Onions, New Potatoes, Carrots, Beets, Kale & Swiss Chard & more
  • LATE SUMMER & FALL:  Eggplant, Green & Red Peppers, more Tomatoes, Corn, Storage Onions, Winter Squash, Garlic & of course another dose of Spring: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Mixed Greens, Spinach and more

PRICES AND BOX OPTIONS

17 weeks of in-season, freshly picked, Naturally Grown Produce, starting the middle of June-October.  Boxes will be delivered on Thursdays.

  • SINGLE BOX DROP, to your doorstep or workplace:  $600.00
  • NEIGHBORHOOD DROP SITE, get the community together and create one yourself, or join a business location we have asked to be a host. This option is broken down into two price brackets:
  • 2-4 BOXES TO A DROP SITE:  $585.00
  • 5 OR MORE BOXES TO A DROP SITE: $550.00
  • ON FARM PICK-UP, get the community together and share in the drive, by changing week to week who will drive out to the farm, it’s a beautiful drive on U.S. Highway 8 OR it’s a perfect price option for our local community to pick up boxes from their local farm
  • COME AND PICK IT UP FOR: $500.00

8 weeks of in-season, freshly picked, Naturally Grown Produce, from Memorial Day through Labor Day

  • This is a SUMMER SHARE option for our LOCAL COMMUNITY OR CABIN VACATIONERS, we are located right on U.S. Highway 8, just East from the split of Highway 35 North.  We have noticed a far amount of traffic, traveling to their cabins to enjoy time on the many lakes of Wisconsin.  This box will include the staples of early and late summer: Tomatoes, Corn, Cukes, Onions, Peas, Summer Squash, Herbs (basil, cilantro and dill), Potatoes, Carrots, Lettuce, Spinach and more.  How wonderful would it be to pick up a box of produce, on your way to the cabin and enjoy the freshly picked rights of summer along side the water.  Boxes will be ready pick-up on Friday afternoons.
  • ON FARM PICK-UP FOR: $275.00

VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS

Public Coffee House is a micro-roasting company in Minneapolis, MN.  We are going to offer a coffee share, that will include a 1/2 lb of freshly roasted, Roaster’s Choice coffee weekly for $136.00 additional to the produce share price.  This coffee will be delivered with your box to your doorstep, workplace or drop site.  Please check them out at www.publiccoffeehouse.com
